Impact IT Release 2.8 – New Ways to Share and Strengthen IT’s Impact 

ImpactIT Release 2.8 introduces two enhancements that help IT teams communicate business impact more clearly.

Contribution Quality Index

The new Contribution Quality Index gives users feedback on how clearly each contribution expresses its business impact. It provides guidance for strengthening the contribution as it evolves, helping teams create clearer, more consistent impact stories. The index evaluates how well impact is communicated, not the size or importance of the work.

Portfolio Impact Report

Continuing to build on our users’ ability to succinctly state the business value of their projects, ImpactIT can now group Profile data across a selected group of projects into one shareable report. Using familiar reporting filters, users can create a Portfolio view for their own projects, a function, or another selected group, making it easier to communicate collective impact to stakeholders.

These enhancements continue our investment in making IT’s business impact easier to capture, strengthen, and share.
